Logilan Return Policy — Your Questions Answered

What if I’m not completely happy with my purchase?
We want you to love everything you order from Logilan! If you’re not fully satisfied, you’re welcome to return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No hassle, no hard feelings.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Nope! Return shipping is completely free. We’ll send you a pre-paid USPS return label, so all you need to do is pack up your item and drop it off.

How do I start a return?
Simply email us at info@ditucomp.com. We’ll provide a return label along with step-by-step instructions to make the process as easy as possible.

What condition does the item need to be in?
We ask that all returned items are in their original condition and packaging—just like you received them. This helps us ensure quality for all our customers.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Your refund will go back to the original payment method you used.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
At this time, we only offer refunds for returned items. If you’d like a different product, we suggest placing a new order once your return is complete. 

What if my order is missing a part or something’s not quite right?
We take great care in packaging every toy — but on rare occasions, a piece might be missing or misprinted. If that ever happens, we’ll make it right. In most cases, we’ll send the missing part straight to you so your child can get back to playing (and learning!) without delay.
